Becoming a Dealer:

To become an authorized dealer

1. Download our  Dealer Application Form (PDF file)
2. Fill out the form completely and fax the form and copies of the required documents to (203) 375-8448.
3. An authorized HALO representative will contact you as soon as possible regarding your application.
4. For dealers who wish to become authorized to repair HALO productions, please make sure and indicate so on the application.  Only qualified dealers will be authorized to service HALO products.

Applications are not automatically accepted. HALO Innovation reserves the right to refuse any application. Once your application is processed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation letter from HALO. You are not allowed to advertise as selling HALO Innovations products until you receive and formal authorization.
